These ladies are the core of our Namuwongo co-op: Peace, who makes jewelry; and Mary and Agnes, who are the lead seamstresses. They LOVE their Ndoto Collection tees, because they know they are part of a team. They know they are using their skills, and learning new skills, that will help them pull their families out of the slums and out of grinding poverty.
That’s what the Ndoto Project is all about: helping widows in poverty in Uganda to help themselves.
Now that we’ve got our inventory built up, we’re ready to start our new AMBASSADOR PROGRAM to get the word out!
WHAT IS THE AMBASSADOR PROGRAM?
It’s a way to reach more people with our great handmade items! You become an ambassador for the Ndoto Project, and get some great stuff in the bargain.
WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO?
It’s super easy! We’ll send you a full selection of samples of all the products the co-ops and our partners at the UNCC make, as well as a couple of coupon codes to use when placing orders. You can have parties in your home or other’s, go to art/craft/holiday fairs, ask your church or youth group or Bible study to host a showing, take them to work or school… Whatever works for you! We’ll send you all the information on the Ndoto Project and Ten Eighteen that you’ll need to know, and we’re always here to help.
SOUNDS GREAT – BUT DO I GET ANYTHING OUT OF IT?
You do! You will get:
a coupon code for 30% off everything in our store for as long as you’re an Ambassador
a $10 credit for every $100 in sales
all our new products first!
20% of the sales you make for the Ndoto Project
a FREE Ndoto Collection tee!
